Our outdoor units are perfect for storing items that don’t require the climate control. You wont have to walk your items through any hallways or up and down stairs, just drive up to the front of your unit and pack and unpack with ease.

What features/amenities do our units have?

What are the lease terms?
We offer month to month leases on our storage units. No long term commitments, rent a unit for as short or long as you want. Some of our advertised promotions do require a 6-12 month lease, the terms will always be listed on our promotions.

How can I pay my bill?

You can either sign up for automatic monthly payments with the manager of your storage location, or manually pay on our website by clicking “Pay Online” on our website. We accept all forms of debit/credit card, and ACH bank payments.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, we allow a 5 day grace period. If you exceed our grace period, late charges will begin to apply and you will not be granted access to your unit until the balance is paid in full. Late fees are detailed in your rental agreement. To avoid this, sign up for autopay with the manager of your unit so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment. Contact us if you have any questions.

What if I fail to pay my late fee's?

If rent and associated fees are not paid, you are at risk, under Texas law, of the contents of your unit being sold at auction to pay unpaid rent, fees, and any costs of the sale incurred by the facility owner. If, after this procedure, any net proceeds of the auction remain, they are paid to you. We never want this to happen. We do have options.
  • Call your location manager and arrange for our “One Time Grace Period Program.” This program will allow you a one-time catch-up program.
  • If, during the first month of your lease, you find that you will be unable to pay, let the location manager know and immediately move out. This will stop all collection efforts.

Do you hold auctions?

Unfortunately, from time to time we we must conduct a public sale to satisfy a lien due to unpaid rent and the associated fees. As long as rent is paid up, this is nothing to worry about.

How does the move-out process work?
We ask that you give a 10 day notice prior to vacating your storage unit. The process is simple.
  • Empty your storage unit after your 10 days of notice.
  • Contact management by phone or email to inform us that you’ve emptied your unit.
  • Your account will be immediately closed.
  • Remember to take your lock.
  • Once your unit has been inspected after move-out we will close our your ledger, if you have left any belongings or anything for us to sweep/clean then we will charge a cleaning fee and send you an invoice.

Do you have trucks/trailers available for moving?

Currently we do not offer this service.

Do you provide locks?

You are responsible to purchase and place your own lock.
